Question 4

Is personal training worth it for fat loss and strength?

Accepted Answer

Personal training provides structure, accountability, and expert guidance, which significantly improves consistency and results. Clients following a structured coaching plan typically achieve better fat loss, increased strength, and long-term habits compared to training alone.

Question 5

How do I get started with Apex Fitness?

Accepted Answer
