My approach is designed to maximise calorie burn during sessions while keeping your heart rate high and your workouts efficient. Using a combination of high-intensity cardio, circuits, and resistance training, we create the ideal environment for fat loss.
But training is only part of the process.

Strength & Conditioning
The aim of this training is to improve athletic performance by developing strength, speed, and power.
Sessions combine Olympic lifts, compound exercises, and functional movements to help you generate force more efficiently and become more explosive.
There is also a strong focus on movement quality and technique, helping your body move more efficiently while reducing the risk of injury — both key for long-term performance.
Programmes are individually tailored and structured around the specific demands of your sport, as well as your current level and goals.

MUSCLE BUILDING (HYPERTROPHY)
The focus of this training is to build muscle and improve overall physique.
Programmes are designed using higher volume training, combining compound lifts, isolation exercises, and techniques such as supersets to maximise muscle growth.
Training is typically structured around either specific muscle groups (e.g. chest, back) or movement patterns (push/pull), ensuring balanced development.
For optimal results, each muscle group is trained multiple times per week — particularly important for those who find it harder to gain muscle.
Alongside training, you’ll receive guidance on nutrition and supplementation to support recovery and maximise your progress.

INJURY REHABILITATION & PREVENTION
I have extensive experience supporting clients through injury rehabilitation, particularly with knee and shoulder injuries.
After an injury, it’s common to experience muscle loss, reduced strength, and poor movement patterns. The goal of rehab is to restore strength, rebuild muscle, and retrain your body to move correctly and confidently again.
Alongside this, I incorporate injury prevention work (prehab) into programmes to help reduce the risk of future issues. This includes improving stability, mobility, and overall movement quality — all key to staying pain-free and performing at your best.
All programmes are tailored to your injury history, current condition, and long-term goals.
