In Person or Virtual Session
While our online coaching is fully remote, you also have the option to book personal training sessions with our team — either in person at JD Gyms Glasgow South or virtually via video call or recording.
These sessions are ideal if you want extra support with form, technique, mobility, or simply prefer more hands-on guidance. They also provide a chance to ask questions and get direct feedback from your coach.
You can book single sessions or add them as part of a block — giving you flexibility based on your needs and goals.
