Getting Started with Apex Fitness


1. Fill out an enquiry form & book a consultation call -  These can be booked from Monday Friday from 9am - 8pm & Saturdays 10am - 3pm


2. Complete an pre-intro call questionnaire -  General question about you and your goals. This will be sent by email before your intro call.


3.   Conduct our 5 min intro call  - Our pre intro call are designed to find out if we can help you achieve your health and fitness goals & give you the chance to ask any question you may have.


4. Book an in personal consultation  -   our in person consultation are a more in depth look at exactly how we will achieve your goals, we will set realistic goals in terms of weight loss, muscle building and more. We discuss different training option available and workout which option suits you best.


5. Start your Training  - Once you have decided your ready to start, we will begin your training. You will not only get custom workout plans and also nutrition meal plans and guidance, support and guidance through-out you plan & weekly check-in both in person and online.

5. Expert Technique Coaching - Learn how to train safely and effectively with professional guidance every step of the way.


6. Expert Technique Coaching  - Choose between 1–4 sessions per week to suit your goals, schedule, and budget — with every session designed to deliver the best results in the least time. Session Last approx 1hr.
